The project comprises the refurbishment and reconfiguration of lower ground and ground floor of Nuffield Lodge to provide new common room, refurbished and extended guest suite, new disabled WC, new residents’ storage area, new laundry room, new wheelchair accessible flat and new reception/entrance. Works to upper floor include refurbishment of the entrance flat doors and redecoration of the circulation areas including stairs. External works include new external signage, new rear terrace and communal garden. Work also included installation and commissioning of all associated services and drainage works.
As the building was fully occupied Trinity had to take particular care to minimize risk, noise, dust and disturbance to residents in and around the building.The scheme was completed to a high standard and the client was delighted with the new layout.
The staff and residents were sad to see our team depart despite all the disruption and warm tributes were made to both the Site Manager and Project Manager.
